One day off makes the week go by quickly.

Back to work after a day off sick. Being at home gave me a chance to use an actual pen to draw. And I opened my box of markers for the first time in almost 8 months. Who knew that I would be all digital. I would have bet my life against it or at least a million, that's for sure.

Anyway, here are some things I did. Typical side view marker rendering. Nice to get back into the flow. Still a long way to go.
Saw this gentleman on the train this morning. He was out of it. So, naturally I had to draw him. One detail I failed to capture accurately was his hairpiece slipping down his face.
Those coffee stains are on purpose, as this was used as a filler in a similar gallery at http://aliasdesign.autodesk.com which is the resting place of a lot of my work recently.

Stop sketching. Get back to work.

So this where I type. My job calls for me to draw dome pretty different things, at the same time allowing me to put my ideas on paper right away. Some things get used for internal purposes or not at all.
So this will be my attempt at resurrecting some images that, at one point in time, were the most important thing on my plate.
Let me know what you think. Nothing you say can be as harsh as the general office feedback to which I've become immune.

And random. Attempt to make the skecth move. Inspired by a coworker.

Quick sketch for another hand modelling session. Scars and all.

This one was done for my supervisor as an internal holiday greeting card.
